If you have just learnt that you have a baby daughter or son, if you have any important announcements at all in regards to your Adoption or Permanent Care process, then this is where you can make the announcements about it.
You can also just post updates on the progress of your application if you wish to.

You can get then organise get togethers for a chat and a coffee with other people who are going through or who have been through the adoption / permanent care process.

You can get then organise get togethers for your adopted / permanent care children to play with other adopted / permanent care children, while you chat with other mums and dads who have been through the same process.
